Because of heavy machine has features such as large tonnage, complex structure, many complex cutting loads, etc, private machine are always used to process the large key components. The problems of joint surface assembly will cause cutting vibration when processing. So it will be hard to locate accurately and create huge economic losses. The solution is usually unloading the whole machine and then troubleshooting all the parts individually. It will waste a lot of manpower, material and time. The process used in assembly of heavy machine is based on machine’s geometric constraints and does not consider the dynamic stability. So precision requirements of heavy machine can not be guaranteed.This paper is combined with the needs of cooperative enterprise on head of water chamber. Head of water chamber is the key components of nuclear. Based on the processing requirements of its special structure, to ensure the dynamic stability of its private machine, combining with private machine’s characteristics at scene, processing assembly process method of heavy machine. Doing the following specific research:The head of water chamber private machine development is based on three kinds of machine tools, using these three machine as design patterns for structure analysis. And then compared with private machine structure, put forward assembly process based on binary tree method, analysis dynamic performance and compare dynamic stability of sample machine, propose the dynamic stability evaluation scheme of sample machine.Create a mapping between the heavy machine function, structure and assembly process, according to Hertz theory, regard pre-stressed modal as intermediate variable, construct relational modal between dynamic stability and assembly process. Given the control variable of machine assembly process, create the assembly process hierarchy structure of machine dynamic stability, and recognize critical joint surface of machine, research the response characteristics of specific machine modal parameter to joint surface structure parameter and assemble load, recognize assembly process variable of the private machine, planning the assembly process design scheme of private machine.By sensitivity analysis of machine modal parameter on assembly process variables, adopting analytic hierarchy process, getting the design sequence of machine assembly process design variables, revealing the influence of assembly process design variables. Using methods of multi-objective driver optimization, establishing design model of machine assembly process, proposing machine assembly process design method. Formatting new machine assembly process, using multi-body system theory verify analysis method of machine dynamic stability. Through analyzing whole modal when B shaft assembly under different position and angles, proposing evaluation method of private machine’s assembly process, applying private machine’s assembly process on the assembly at scene. And it has been validated in machining experiments of head of water chamber.
