Wet FGD technology compared to semi-dry, dry FGD have fast response, desulfurization efficiency, is used widely for one of desulfurization technology in today’s society. If its transformation, it has the ability to simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification, the prospects are very bright. This is where the difficulty lies in the flue gas of NO relatively insoluble in water, can not easily be absorbed by the liquid absorbing alkaline calcium-based, high-energy, prone to secondary pollution. Our annual produce large amounts of copper slag, copper slag lower secondary utilization, will produce long-term accumulation of solid waste pollution.From the wet flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology in the oxidation of view, the use of copper slag seek both a calcium-based solid waste but also improve the rate of desulfurization and denitrification technology.This paper begins with thermodynamically calculated Ca(OH)2/H2O2 slurry removal of SO2 and NO reaction enthalpy, entropy change, Gibbs function change and other thermodynamic parameters and equilibrium SO2, NO partial pressure.The calculated results show that Ca(OH)2/H2O2 slurry removal of SO2 and NO can be spontaneous, and the higher the temperature is not more beneficial reaction.Meanwhile SO2, NO equilibrium partial pressure is very low, indicating that the reaction is carried out in the deep limit.And the other a mixture of desulfurization and denitrification reaction SO2, NO equilibrium partial pressure for comparison, summary, Ca(OH)2/H2O2 slurry desulfurization and denitration optimal performance.Then measure the composition and content of the main copper slag through the means test, analyze the possibility of desulfurization and denitrification on its areas of application.Copper slag and Ca(OH)2 by a certain percentage of mixed quality, with the addition of the same concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the copper slag and Ca(OH)2 mass ratio of 1:9, a mixture of the largest surface area, larger than the original Ca(OH)2 and the original copper slag surface area, SEM photograph also shows the copper slag and Ca(OH)2 mass ratio of 1:9, the particle surface conditions most conducive to SO2, NOx removal.Finally, two-film theory established by the mathematical model, derived desulfurization and denitrification efficiency by a large specific surface area of the particles measured the impact of increasing the surface area than calcium-based desulfurization efficiency becomes large, theoretically validated copper slag for Ca(OH)2/H2O2 slurry played a quenching effect, increasing the calcium-based desulfurization and denitrification efficiency, the use of copper slag solid waste provides a theoretical reference.
