Water environment on-line monitoring is an important basis for water environment management. In order to further improve the water pollution control ability and water environment management level, obtain water on-line monitoring date in a fast and accurate way, and offer strong data support for scientific decisions of environment protection departments.This thesis took the previous research experience as reference by researching and analyzing international and domestic automatic on-line monitoring method as well as data transfer and storage means. The investigation of Environment Monitoring Station under the jurisdiction of Harbin Environment Protection Bureau help to make clear different monitoring machines and data transfer protocol in various reaches of Songhua River under the governance of Harbin. The structure of on-line monitoring distribution database is determined through practical situation of Harbin. The integration of on-line monitoring database offers am important basis for application of monitoring data and trace analysis of pollutants.By researching the space data and business data of water environment, we could induce nodes and curve segment from water environment space data, so as to construct data model of water environment network. On this basis, this thesis discussed the method of applying GIS network analysis technology in pollutant trace and constructed response relationship model of pollutant space trace by researching the algorithm.On basis of Harbin water environment database and pollutant trace response relatio nship model, this thesis realized visualization of vast on-line monitoring data, inquiry an d analysis of environment relevant to the space, visual display of environment informati on in the GIS map, alarming of excessive data and instruments, trace response of polluta nts and space comprehensive analysis of water environment information by constructing water environment on-line monitoring depth sensory system and combining Harbin spa ce information data with environment information data.Water environment on-line monitoring depth sensory system is an important content of the project Integration and Comprehensive Demonstration of water environment quality improvement technology in Harbin Municipal Control Unit ofSonghua River. This thesis took Harbin municipal control unit of Songhua River as research object and Harbin Environment Protection Bureau as pilot unit to construct water environment on-line monitoring depth sensory system by centering on core business of dynamic water quality information monitoring and compressive utilization of various data resources.
