This paper to meet the needs of the market, adding 10% rosemary essential oil to the evening primrose oil,the preparation of composite core material microcapsule,it not only can achieve the original effect, and be pleasant fragrance, and rosemary has a strong antioxidant effect, can restrain the rancidity of evening primrose, more can meet the demand of the market.The main research content is described as follows:First, this paper adopts the molecular the embedding of the mixed oil microcapsules prepared. β- cyclodextrin as wall material, span- 80 as the emulsifier, 500 r/min speed, through the orthogonal experiment of various factors on the embedding effect is: ratio of the core and wall > emulsifier levels > embedding temperature> embedding time,and get the optimum preparation conditions as follows: the mixture oil to β-CD ratio of 1:2(w/w), emulsifier levels 15%, embedding temperature 60℃, the embedding time for 30 min, under the condition of the microcapsule embedding degree is 16.31%. Through IR and TGA to verify the core material has been embedded in the β-CD.Its morphology by scanning electron microscope show plate shape, size 0.5μm- 2.5μm. And through the release experiment, find that in the low temperature, room temperature and high temperature environment for a month release rate was 36%, 85% and 100% respectively. To aromatherapy essential oil microcapsule experiment, discover its fragrant after 30 min, and fragrance lasting two hours.This paper adopts the compound condensing of the same core material of microcapsule. With gelatin and gum Arabic(1:1) as wall material, tween- 80 as the emulsifier, p H 3.5 condensation process, the curing time 1 hour, according to the orthogonal experiment method to investigate the various experimental factors on yield and the embedding of the microcapsule size as follows: concentration of wall material > complex coacervation temperature > emulsifier levels >stirring speed,and the best preparation conditions is: concentration of wall material 4%, complex coacervation temperature 40 ℃, the amount of emulsifier 0.5% and mixing speed 400 r/min, under the condition of the embedding degree is 42.27%, it is observed by scanning electron microscope, spherical microspheres size of about 8 um; Under the low temperature, room temperature and high temperature environment for a month the rosemary release rate was 25%, 55% and 80% respectively, in the pure water to broken wall only need 5 min to release the oil droplets, in gastric juice need10 min can release the active substances, it is available for humans and animals quickly absorbed. So the two medium can achieve rapid release of active substances requirements, and can be used for human and animal absorption.Both of mentioned methods are safe, non-toxic, operation-simple and cost- low, while the microcapsule embedding degree is different obviously, it is because the embedding is directly related to size,the smaller the size, the embedding degree is smaller, yet has a slow release effect, so the microcapsules can be widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and agricultural feed and other industries. |
