| Family car has become the necessities of life, people spend more and long time in the car, so volatile organic compounds in indoor air of the car hazards to human health is more and more big, can cause all kinds of diseases.Therefore, this paper has conducted the research to the volatile organic compounds in indoor air of the car, and the benzene, xylene, ethyl acetate, toluene as the main test parameters to detect the concentration level of different types, different years of car of volatile organic compounds in indoor air.In this article also studied the preparation methods and conditions of the orange shell activated carbon, and test the performance of the orange shell activated carbon adsorb volatile organic compounds.In this experiment, using microwave muffle furnace to carbonization of orange shell, through testing the performance of orange shell activated carbon found orange shell activated carbon optimum carbonization temperature is 300 ℃, after the temperature carbonization of the orange shell activated carbon is not only more significant on the yield, but also the best performance of adsorption of volatile organic compounds.The experiment also found 0.2 grams of orange shell activated carbon adsorption saturation time for 30 minutes.Detection of car indoor VOC concentration adopted new type of hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) of gas chromatograph, VOC gas sampling instruments used for atmospheric sampler, and use the analysis of pure carbon disulfide parse the orange shell activated carbon after sampling.Also found in the experiment: measuring car indoor different position, the concentration of VOC is different also, and the back seat of a car have most part of the content of volatile organic pollutants; car use different time, car indoor VOC content is also different, the highest content of volatile organic pollutants of new cars, used 5 years of car VOC still exists.Through analysisiand discuss test data, get the conclusion: most of the car interior contains benzene, xylene, ethyl acetate, toluene and other volatile organic contaminants, and also contains a small amount of other kinds of volatile organic pollutants, at the same time, the study found the orange shell preparation of activated carbon on car indoor volatile organic pollutants has better purification effect, the best removal rate reached more than 60%. |
