The direction of low permeability reservoir development is the great increase in single well production, while reducing development costs and improving the efficiency of the development of low permeability reservoirs. Only improving low permeability reservoir by fracturing stimulation technology reform of single well production to make it meet the requirements of economic development. Wu nan oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield, complicated geological conditions, reservoir buried depth, low productivity, poor efficiency, difficult to development.In this paper, the main research content:based on the reservoir distribution、reservoir physical property and the change rule of formation pressure variation law research to study oil-base fracturing technology to choose well layer principle; According to the reservoir sensitivity evaluation analysis, oil base fracturing fluid is a pilot, selected the suitable low damage and low cost of oil base fracturing fluid system, which has the good temperature stability, shearing resistance, low friction, easy flowback and so on; Through experimental research,performance temperature measurement of oil-based fracturing fluid,shear resistance and broken plastic performance,screened types of additives and additive concentration; In injection-production well pattern, reservoir fracture azimuth and in-situ stress distribution as the basis, to determine the main fracture parameters, optimizing the best supporting length, and provide the basis for fracturing operation parameters; According to the reservoir conditions and flow conductivity in the short term and long term diverting capacity study, based on the screen is suitable for the oil field geological and engineering requirements of proppant system and sand ratio, and make it match with the reservoir; Optimization of fracturing technology and construction parameters.This paper collected a large amount of data, the research analyzed the target block reservoir geology; We conducted indoor fracturing fluid and proppant related experimental research, wu nan oilfield belongs to low temperature and low permeability reservoir, embarks from the reservoir needs to be put forward for the formation of oil base fracturing fluid and proppant; Measures against low flowback rate of the status quo, research the technology of nitrogen increase can help row, and put the wu4-26Wells on site; Do experiment for the4Wells:wu north4-18, wu north4-3,wu north3-4,wu4-26, and analyzed the pressure after effects; For2010oil-base fracturing and water-based fracturing effect, compares the economic benefit analysis, get the following results:optimizing fracturing fluid additive concentration, and such as crosslinking, heat resistance, resistance to shear rheological test performance test, filtration, gel breaking and other experimental research, to determine the oil base fracturing fluid system; Initial fracturing construction parameters and fracture parameters were determined; Through the field test, front nitrogen injection significantly help row results have been achieved, popularization and application in the future fracturing construction, under the condition of equipment to meet the conditions of test with liquid nitrogen can increase fracturing technology; To statistics the effect of test Wells measures, analysis the influence factors of the measure effect, improve the level of fracturing technology laid a foundation for the future.
