The construction of gas storage has become more urgent and important with the increasing measure of consumption of natural gas. At present, the construction of gas storage is still faced with many technical challenges, and one of them is to ensure the injection-production well safety and effectivity in the process of production. According to statistics, the risk of injection-production wells more likely occurs in gas storage accidents, therefore, the studies are mostly focus on the safety of underground pipe both at home and abroad. Also, because the system of the rapid injection of gas storage, sand production become a universal phenomenon. The experience of gas storage injection and production shows that sand production pose a threat to the long-term and effective operation.The studies of this paper are as follow:①The pressure and temperature prediction model of wellbore is established. The model is used to predict pressure and temperature along wellbore by means of VB.NET programming through the calculation method of temperature and pressure coupling.②The factors of sand production in wells are analyzed. Five models are put forward to predict sand production and they are used to predict the critical pressure difference of the sand production after their parameters are obtained through the core mechanics experiment and logging data.③The nodal system analysis method is used to optimize the tubing diameter and calculate the critical erosion flow.④The production is deployed reasonably through a combination of the flow in critical pressure difference of the sand production and critical erosion flow of injection-production wellsAccording to the research of this paper, analysis the injection and production of M gas storage.①The result of temperature and pressure fitting of well1shows that the program can better simulate the wellbore temperature and pressure.②The required parameters for calculating the critical pressure difference of the sand production of well2are obtained through the mechanics experiment and calculation of well logging data and then the critical pressure difference of the sand production of well2is obtained.③The tubing diameter of well2is optimized, and the erosion flow is calculated.④The safe pressure difference of injection-production well under different formation pressure is calculated.By combining the critical rate difference of sand production with erosion rate, this paper calculated the gas storage safe allocating production under different formation pressure.
