| The waste plastic has a sizeable proportion in the waste.Because of unreasonable approach,the waste plastic leads to environmental pollution and waste of resources.T- herefore,the utilization of waste plastic is imminent.As the largest of the production and the most widely used plastic,the utilization of ABS(full-name Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)will have great social and economic benefits.In this thesis the sorting technology of composite ABS and toughening and the corresponding of equipment were researched,at the same time,a simple process and low cost of recovery process route was proposed,a set of appropriate equipment was developed.Firstly,the dissolution process of ABS and the themodynamic propeties were researched,then the model of the appropriate dissolution was choosed.Finally, the effects of stirring intensity,leaching temperature and concentration of solvent on the dissolution rate were investigated.The results show that the macroscopic equations of dissolution kinetics is x ])/932.4exp(1043.[5)-1(-1tT-33/1??and the activation energy is 41.01KJ/mol.On the basis of ABS dissolution,the process of extracting from ABS composite plastic by solution method was analyzed and the specific process of extracting in solu- tion was indefined.Then the influence of the type of precipitant,the dosage, stirring rate,feed rate,feed location and other factors on the average praticle diameter of ABS particles were discussed. The problem of the solvent composition was discussed in the two aspects of detection and removal when used the extraction method to get ABS from solution.If the best experiment program was used,it would get the ABS granule of the smallest average particle size and the lowest solvent content.The best program is that mass ratio ABS resin solution with precipitating agent A is 1:3,the speed of anti-sedimentation stirring is 1400r/min,the feed rate is 1-3mg/s, the distance from the feed location to the axis and the bottom were more than 2.5cm and 5cm,respectively. Washing the ABS particles three times with water whose quality is two times of ABS particle at the 30℃.Then,drying ABS particle in a vacuum oven.The optimal particle size and the solvent content of ABS particle are 1.1mm and 0.85%,respectively.The mainly method to toughen the ABS particles is the elastomer toughening method.Before the modification,the average molecular of ABS particles and the infrared spectra were analyzed that laid the foundation for toughening modification.The way of adding the elatomer and other additives PMMA had changed from the traditional mechanical blending method to the solution blending method that is adding additives directly in ABS resin solution. This approach has achieved that the toughener was distributed in the continuous phase in the way of a certain particle size.Finally, the different elastomer toughening results in the different performance of ABS.The fifth chapter had studied the conditions of the continuous extraction process to get ABS particles.Firstly,the process route was reexamed.Then a resonable process that contained the sedimentation tanks, rinse tanks and other major equipment was designed.Finally,the process conditions of remove the solvent and recovery the solvent were studied for industrial production. |
