The composite of particles is an important way to build new material, it can also promote particle by composite function and prepare a new kind of materials which can change the surface properties of the single particles, improve the dispersion and liquidity performance of particles. White carbon black has excellent physical and chemical properties and has a wide application range on the plastic, rubber and other industrial fields. It could prepare the white carbon black/wollastonite composite particles by coat the amorphous silica particles or film on the surface of wollastonite, which can develop the strengthening function of white carbon black particles and also can eliminate the edges and comers of wollastonite particle, making its surface rough, thus solving the problem of poor compatibility wollastonite and matrix;By mechanochemical method, we can prepare the white carbon black/ wollastonite composite particles through the depolymerization dispersion of white carbon black particles, the dispersion of wollastonite and wet grinding compound process, the influence factors in the process of preparation are investigated and optimized, the process and performance characterization of composite particles are studied, the mechanism of recombination action between white carbon black and wollastonite particle composite is analyzed;The test is studied respectively by single factor experiment of white carbon black and wollastonite in water medium dispersion phenomenon, the dispersion of white carbon black and wollastonite are realized under the optimization conditions. The best optimization parameters for the depolymerization dispersion of white carbon black is as follows:ball material ratio 10:1, slurry concentration 10%, milling time 1.5 h, dosage of dispersants 10%, the d50 of white carbon black particles is decreased from 18.434 μm to 3.8 μm, d90 is decreased from 44.17 μm to about 8 μm. The best optimization parameters for the dispersion of wollastonite is as follows:mechanical stirring time 40 min, stirring speed 600 r/min, the d50 of wollastonite particle is decreased from 21.718 μm to 19.85μm, d90 is also decreased from 86.592 μm to 83.65μm;Studied the influence of the main technological factors by mechanical force chemical preparation of white carbon black/wollastonite composite particle materials. The best optimization process of granular materials for the preparation of white carbon black/wollastonite composite optimization are as follows:a ratio of white carbon black and wollastonite 3:7, composite speed 1200 r/min, the reaction time 40 min, the ball material ratio 5:1, dispersant dosage 6%;Studied the microstructure and of the complex mechanism of white carbon black/wollastonite composite particle materials. Composite particles is mainly composed of wollastonite particle which coated silica particles aggregate on the surface relatively and evenly. There exists a mutual penetration between part particles. On the surface of white carbon black/wollastonite composite particles, it is through their respective dehydroxylation role between the surface hydroxyl realize the combination of chemical properties.
