China’s energy consumption of fossil fuel based, The energy report shows that in 2012, coal consumption of China in 2011 was 34.25 tons, accounting for a total energy consumption nearly 70 percent, much higher than the world average value. In terms of the environment, a large number of coal brought about the carbon, nitrogen and sulfur, which makes the situation of the pollution of atmospheric environment has been more and more serious, with serious damage to the environment in which we live. According to the international environmental protection organization data, compared with twenty years ago world temperatures have risen 0.75 degrees, exceed the standard discharge culprit is carbon dioxide. China’s CO2 emissions accounted for the total global emissions by 23.7%, while with the boiler flue gas discharged into the environment accounts for about 30% of the sum. So as to our country, flue gas decarbonization is the effective ways to reduce the carbon dioxide content in the environment. In recent years, many countries think of carbon capture technology as the research focus. And has done a lot of research in many aspects, such as feasibility, the integrated scheme, heat supply, heat economy.At present, according to the research status of domestic and foreign scholars, and there are four main methods for post combustion carbon capture: absorption, adsorption method, temperature, membrane separation. The absorption of many, technology is relatively mature. Select the absorbent with MEA based, regeneration tower energy supply way to steam turbine steam extraction is the key of research, namely the rich liquid of MEA desorption energy required by the turbine extraction steam. But with the carbon capture rate increase, a lot of steam is bound to affect the thermal efficiency of steam turbine, with the reduced output. The carbon capture can also cause increased power consumption, which increased the amount of coal. Therefore, this paper proposes the use of solar energy as heat source for carbon capture system.This research investigated the regeneration energy consumption of carbon capture after combustion on a 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit, Advanced solar thermal system of coal-fired unit based on carbon capture, the working principle and absorption mechanism of the carbon capture system were discussed. The evaluation index of economic for the integrated system was also set up. The economic effects of the carbon capture rate on the integrated system were calculated using the method of sensitivity analysis. The comparative price of coal is calculated when solar heat collector price is fluctuation, which provides reference when selecting integration mode of the capture carbon for coal-fired unit. And the related data plotted graph to be compared.
