| The nitrogen oxide emissions of thermal power plant is an important cause of air pollution, along with our efforts to manage nitrogen oxides increased, industry denitration is becoming increasingly important. But the ammonia escape in the denitration will produce a series of problems, it need to be monitored. However, the level of domestic production enterprises which produce continuous emission monitoring system of stationary sources have a certain gap with foreign countries, there are many problems to be solved. The main contents are as follows:First, this article introduces several technical methods of flue gas monitoring at home and abroad, and describes related products. This paper focuses on the basic principles and the key issues of differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS), and analyzes the effect of changes of the reference spectrum which appears in the work process of continuous source to concentration of inversion.Secondly, the development of Doas Deductive System was completed. The paper analyzes the function need to be completed by software and the key techniques to achieve the desired related functions. The software is designed in detail from file formats, menus, parameters, algorithms design and other aspects. When all work is completed, the software is released, the release includes a number of required controls, dynamic link libraries and so on.Then, an experimental system was built. The paper describe the optical system seriously. The cell flow field of gas absorption using ANSYS CFX software for different lengths and different flow in the process of designing gas absorption was analyzed Then, the absorption cell is designed meeting experiment requirement based on the results of cell flow field analysis. Finally, the experiment is completed by experimental system, the collected data is analyzed. The results show that the DOAS technique is applicable for online monitoring of ammonia escape. |
