The national economic growth leads to environmental pollution situation is more serious. Especially due to its toxic effect of heavy metal pollution and biological characteristics of non-biodegradable do great harm to human beings. In the study of environmental treatment of heavy metal wastewater, domestic and foreign scientific research found that vermiculite treatment of heavy metal wastewater has huge potential. So this thesis conducted a modified vermiculite research of heavy metal wastewater treatment.Papers in hebei spirit life of vermiculite for materials, analyses the NaCl, HCl, microwave modification effect of three kinds of modified method modification vermiculite was studied before and after the Cu2+, Zn2+, the adsorption of Cd2+, the natural vermiculite and modified vermiculite dynamics research, get the following conclusion:Established for the adsorption of Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ vermiculite modified condition of microwave radiation 1 min, 0.5 mg/L NaCl, 0.01 mol/LHCl. Modified vermiculite to three kinds of heavy metal ions adsorption conditions for best: pH6, reaction temperature 20 ℃; Equilibrium adsorption time 100 80 min min, 80 min, respectively. Modified vermiculite of Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ equilibrium adsorption capacity were 21.79 mg/g, 23.25 mg/g and 5.87 mg/g, than the balance of natural vermiculite adsorption capacity increased by 13.19%, 10.87% and35.25 % respectively.Modified vermiculite to Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ adsorption process in line with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model characteristic and second-order kinetics model.On condition of optimal combination factor variable modified vermiculite, BET, SEM analysis of modified vermiculite specific surface area of 569.84 m2 / g, entrance 0.31 cm2/ g, the average pore size of 1.24 um, than natural vermiculite increased 18.68%, 14.83%, 12.73%. The modification factor in the process of modified vermiculite had raised hole and reaming effect. Microwave irradiation modification expansion in the structure of natural vermiculite, aperture, porosity increased, after modification, the surface of the vermiculite than natural vermiculite is smooth, NaCl modification agent on the surface of the vermiculite, load rate is not high.
