The electrode is the core subject of wet electrolytic metallurgy and electrochemical industry, is the "heart of electrochemical system.Currently the mainly insoluble electrodes which used in non-ferrous metal extraction industry are lead-based alloys and coated titanium electrodes. However, the titanium anode substrate has a large resistance, which made the electrode potential higher and cause the surface uneven of surface potential is the bottleneck to improve the comprehensive performance of the titanium anode. Since the lead electrode has a high internal resistance and easily dissolved in the electrolyte to cause environmental pollution,which limiting its further development in the area of the electrode.Therefore, the preparation of energy-saving and environment-friendly new electrodes are the main trend in the future development of the electrodes.This thesis is a branch of national found. Al-based anodes with a top layer PbO2 oxides and an inter-layer TiB2 and Ti4O7. the main research under the hot rolled, hot rolled and hot pressing method, plasma spraying, plasma spraying and hot rolled method, research mainly the interface combination states,the evolution and the relationship of the overall performance of the electrodes. The microstructure and phase constituent of the coatings were characterized by means of SEM and XRD, The resistance was tested by the four-probe method, and the electrochemical properties of the anodes were evaluated by the polarization curves.The results show that:Al/TiB2 substrate electrode prepared by Plasma spraying has smaller interface resistance, better interface bonding, better electrochemical performance, compared with the traditional titanium electrode, the electrode potential shifted negatively 553mv, Al/TiB2 substrate electrode prepared by the plasma spraying can reduce the potencial of chlorine evolution, and thereby enhance the current efficency.When the current density is less than 0.035A/cm2, with the current density increased, the coating surface of the particles become smaller, entire coating become more compact.0.17g/L lanthanum content can improve the surface morphology of oxide coating,then refine the grain; under the condition of the plating time 2h,current density 0.035A/cm2 and 0.17g/L lanthanum -containing in the plating solution,The current density of Al substrates electrodes is in the continued rapid growth of the state.
