| With the rapid consumption of mine and rapid depletion of natural resources,the extraction of resource of deep levels,edge region and complex geological conditions area is imminent. The impact of the flooding water pressure, old empty water and mine roof water has become increasingly prominent.The prevention of mine flood has become an urgent problem.At present, the waterproof gate and emergency rescue system is an important measure to control flood in the underground. Yiliang Chihong Mining Co., Ltd. of Maoping Pb Zn ore deposit in South Sichuan Southwest-northeast of Yunnan Earthquake Zone, frequent earthquakes,collapse, landslide and other geological disasters have occurred from time to time.Now the main production and exploitation is located below the water table, ground water seepage from the mine produced a lot of water gushing from the drainage system needs promptly discharged outside wells.If the occurrence of geological hazards will cause the external power supply interruption, the failure of normal drainage system, need to quickly close the waterproof gate,gushing inside the tunnel was blocked in part,to prevent gushing wate from flooding the main underground tunnel, important equipment and facilities and endangering the safety of personnel.In this paper, on the base of analyzing the structure of water gate at home and abroad, and designs the overall scheme of the waterproof gate,using Solidworks software for three-dimensional design water gate,to establish the three-dimensional model of parts and assembly of the waterproof gate.Based on the static theory and the finite element analytical method to analysis,characteristics of Ansys-workbench software are briefly introduced,using Ansys-workbench software for static analysis of doors, the analysis of stress, strain, displacement of the doors at maximum load conditions.The analysis results is not large deformation, broken doors, selected materials and structure design of the door to meet the strength requirements. To make the multi objective optimization of waterproof gate by the optimization module of Ansys-workbench software.To verify the rationality of design and reduce the weight of 10.8% under the situation that does not affect the use of performance.According to the theory of multi rigid body dynamics and virtual prototyping technology, multi rigid body model of waterproof gate was built by Adams software.Making dynamics simulation to analyze force of hinge and torque in the rotating process.The waterproof gate’s kinematics is analyzed, its movement process without interference with stable performance, can meet the usage requirements.To verify the feasibility of the design of the waterproof gate. |
