China is one of the biggest producing oil country, and pesticides in the high oil crops production play an active role; but the excessive and irrational use of pesticides, has posed a threat to the safety of human life, ecological environment.In the world trade of crops and related products, detection of pesticide residue is very important. In order to safeguard the health of consumers, protect the ecological environment, promote of the trade smoothly on oil crops import and export, improve the detection standard of our country oil and edible oil, and advance the level and speed of detection of pesticide residues in oil crops, this study will set up a method for many types of pesticide residues of oilseeds and vegetable oil with the purification method of QuEChERS and high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).The results show that, in the optimization of extraction and purification conditions, we use ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile, purify by PSA、C18 matrix dispersed purification, and simultaneously determine of 77 pesticides residues in oil plants and vegetable oils by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method not only has the advantages of fast, easy, cheap, effective, practical, safe, high recovery rate, high precision, high accuracy, but also has the general applicability of oilseeds and vegetable oil in many types of pesticide residues.
