Because of the good practicability and economic benefits, double metal composite pipe has been applied in many fields. Preparation of double metal composite tube technology is varied. The main present domestic straight welded pipe preparation method is JCO forming,which has low equipment cost and good forming stability. But because theory researchs about JCO forming are limited to the single metal materials, the existing bending forming theories cannot be directly applied to the theoretical calculation of double metal composite tube JCO forming.According to the characteristics of double metal composite plate big curvature bending deformation, this paper will use hierarchical algorithm. First of all, according to the external and internal material deformation relationship, establish the mathematical model of the double metal composite plate bending stress and strain;Then combine the double metal composite plate bending forming mathematical model with JCO forming theory, calculate the neutral layer of offset of corresponding material, determine the various parameters of double metal pipe JCO forming,Using Matlab to deal with the related parameters in the mathematical model calculation; Then through the comparion between bending deformation experiment of the theoretical calculation value and the measured pressure dint, validate the feasibility and the accuracy of model, study on the relationship between the bending moment and deformation,Using MARC simulation on the model, analyze the force parameters; Finally introduces the JCO forming plane..Through the research proves that the double metal composite plate bending stress and strain neutral layer offset theory can reflect the actual bending deformation in the process of production more accurately and consistent with the experimental results; Double metal composite plate stress and strain neutral layer of offset is relevant with mechanical properties and thickness ratio of materials; Strain in sheet metal section is continuous, stress in two transition layer material is discontinuous; Double metal composite pipe JCO forming model can objectively reflect the size of pressure dint in composite plate bending process, the relationship between the torque distribution and bending curvature.
