In recent years, because our country many energy-intensive industry such as aluminium, steel, oil expansion, accompanied by the rapid increase of electricity consumption, which is given priority to with coal thermal power plant is still dominant, in the power plant coal-fired electricity, nitrogen oxides generated after the combustion of untreated for many years and directly discharged into the atmosphere, the material to the environment pollution is very serious, how to control and reduce the emissions of the material will be outside the power to create benefit more coal-fired power plants at present stage should pay attention to the problem, due to the requirements of environmental protection departments on the denitration efficiency, power plant of denitration technology mainly adopts selective catalytic reduction(SCR) reaction, high denitration efficiency, the technology mature, a by-product of basic does not produce harmful to the environment and produce secondary pollution, thus become the most widely used technology at home and abroad.Hunan Chuangyuan power plant, the author of this paper the 2 sets of 300 mw thermal power unit denitration system are studied, based on the selective catalytic reduction process of flue gas denitration working principle and technological process of analysis, and combined with the characteristics of power plant, based on the denitration hollysys DCS control system is designed and the control strategy, and the analog control strategy has carried on the corresponding optimization, make it more in line with the characteristics of the power plant, finally through to the power plant of denitration system debugging, and gives the concrete steps and methods of the debugging.Paper main work are the following:(1) The analysis of the method of SCR flue gas denitration project, on the basis of the principle and process flow, combined with the characteristics of gen yuan power plant, this project is carried out on the denitration technology adopted by the equipment type selection, and on the design scheme of the control system respectively to introduce DCS system network configuration, hardware configuration and software configuration, as well as important logic configuration used logic function block.(2) For the protection of the denitration system control strategy, the chain and sequence control function logic configuration under the actual working condition, and on the basis of DCS configuration logic diagram to analyze it and optimization.On the denitration system in three analog control according to the conditions of this site and the design, configuration of the liquid ammonia evaporator temperature control strategy in a more simple on-off interlock control, especially for spraying ammonia adjust pneumatic valve control strategy to optimize for many times, in order to achieve good denitration control effect.Chuangyuan power plant 300 MW thermal power unit of the SCR denitration system through debugging can already normal into commercial operation, has gone through multiple test, coal quality, load and the change of operation condition, its denitration effect has been completely meet the requirements of the environmental protection department, in the future, we will be on the denitration continuous tracking control system, further optimization, make the denitration control system more reliable and stable.
