With the development of automobile industry, automobile lightweight is still taken seriously.The use of high strength steel plate can realize the lightweight and ensure the requirement of sufficient strength at the same time.At present,it has become the best choice of automobile manufacturers all over the world. However, the forming performance decrease with the increase of the strength of high strength steel plate, it prone to defects such as wrinkling,crack and springback,resulting in some loss. Along with the development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of CAE software, the application of simulation technology can forecasting the possible forming problem,help to design and make optimization of stamping process and die, determine the required technical parameters of forming. At the present,the numerical simulation technology has become one of the hotspots of research and application in the field of high strength steel auto parts stamping.This research took the enterprise actual production project named automobile reinforcing plate made of high strength steel as the research object. Firstly, summarized the research status of high strength steel and its application in automobile, briefly introduced the theory of stamping forming, and summarized the development of CAE technology in sheet metal forming.At the stage of mold development,made process design for the parts,created reinforcing plate stamping process analysis model and simply designed the die structure by UG software. Used Dynaform software to establish the finite element model, and the numerical simulation of stamping forming process was carried on. Aiming at the defects of the forecast,made the corresponding optimization and actual production. And focuses on the influence of springback on the shape and precision of parts, analyzed the effect of clearance,virtual punch velocity, the blank holder force and friction coefficient on springback in process of drawing by orthogonal test, gave the optimized process parameters and guided the practical mold trial production. At the same time studied on the law of flanging springback with single variable method. Through the research, assisted enterprises to improve the efficiency of mold design and manufacture, reduced the cost of research, finally obtained the parts in good forming quality. The results of the research also verify the validity of the numerical simulationmethod, reflects guiding significance of the study for practical engineering in the mold design and process parameters optimization.
