Abstract/Summary:
With the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas field, a large number of new oil fields will be developed, And some of the old oil fields and marginal oil fields have also been developed at the same time. In the current situation of offshore drilling ship resource is limited, the development of the offshore fixed platform will adopt module drilling rig more and more. The operating efficiency of module drilling rig directly affects the whole drilling cycle, and further affects the economy of oil field development. Meanwhile, the serious wear on the skid beam surface of modular drilling rig is one of the important reasons affecting the operation efficiency of module drilling rig. Therefore, the optimization design with skid beam can economize a lot of time for the drilling, reduce expenses, and ensure the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas field smoothly.This thesis takes Lu-Feng13-2module drilling rig on offshore platform for an example. In order to simplify the analysis model, it need to choose a position which chute structure strength is relatively low as the analysis of the main carrier, the model length is5m. Due to the large number of stiffened plates and need to analyzes different track structures, the origin modeling will take much time and force. So AN SYS APDL programming language structure is used.In this article, it analyses the reason one by one why the skid beam of module drilling rig is worn frequently form welding deformation, surface roughness, and surface hardness. Analysis indicates that reasonable optimization design of skid beam is better to improve the stress distribution on the skid beam, reduce stress concentration. On the other hand, using the PTFE coating on the skid beam can reduce friction; further more to improve the wear on the surface of skid beam. At the same time, in this article a optimized plan with increasing the number of drilling floor legs form4to6, slide flange plate thickness increased to70mm, longitudinal reinforcement plate thickness, height and position parameters of30mm,100mm and140mm. After finite element analysis show that the improved structure of slide surface of the stress and deformation are greatly decreased, the MISES stress value dropped from359.15MPa to111.09MPa, maximum surface deformation dropped from3.24mm to1.24mm., so that it can achieve the purpose to avoid or reduce the wear on the surface of skid beam. Therefore, can satisfy the requirements of the chute sliding system.
