In view of the oilfields which have been developed in our country, and most of these oilfields were used artificial injection water method to EOR. The effects of water injection not only affects the oilfield development effect, water recovery, but also affects the growth of crude oil production and the stability of production directly. Timely adjustment of the development system, maintaining scientific and predictability of oilfield development can continue to improve development effectiveness. W reservoir was developed in2005, which exposes more and more problems with the development in recent years. Proposing a set of oilfield water injection development evaluation standard methods and identification standard, which has an important significance.In this paper, researching about a development adjustment of W reservoir according to the exploration and production performance combining with the moisture content, production and injection connectivity etc. Based on the research, evaluating development effect through8aspects including of water reserves control degree, used degree, production changes, pressure changes, the utilization of injected water, injected water rate, velocity of oil and water production and recovery. Using oil and gas national standardto divide the indicators, then using a gray fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate comprehensively, after that, we can get a scientific knowledge of W reservoir development status.After having a knowledge of development effect of W reservoir, then adjust the irrational and not work aspects in development process. First, determine the adjustment purpose and principles of W reservoir before adjusting, then have a reasonable prediction in parts of the production index in the current development situation. Finally, adjusting the W reservoir through well network and correspondence between injection and production, which can improve the development status of W reservoir, enhance oil recovery, increase the development efficiency of W reservoir.
