It reflects the oil in the production potential and the ability of certain circumstances, along with the development and production of the deepening of oil production, natural gradually reduce the speed. Natural production decline is the inevitable law oilfield development, but in the reservoir development process due to the adjustments are not timely, technical countermeasures of lack of pertinence, operation management is not in place and other objective factors increase the natural decline, stable operation control improve oilfield development level and the output of crude oil. Therefore, through the management innovation and technological progress, constantly excavate oil production potential, increase oil production capacity, to a certain extent can control natural production decline rate, improve oil vitality. In view of the current situation of Tahe oil field decline rate is higher, has conducted the thorough research based on Tahe oil decreasing influence factors and control measures, mainly completed the following work:(1) Tahe oilfield jurisdiction vuggy carbonate reservoirs, clastic rock reservoir with bottom water, clastic rock lithologic reservoir and gas condensate reservoir as the research object, by the "Eleventh Five-Year" since all kinds of production decline change analysis as the foundation, combined with different types of reservoir characteristics and the current development stage and site development practice, summarizes the decline law of different types of oil reservoirs in Tahe oilfield.(2) The application result reason analysis summarized the natural decline factor and influencing factors of yield for Tahe oil field control point.(3) Through the application of production decline factor fuzzy discriminant analysis method, single well, unit, block, oil and gas, oil and gas mining team according to the monthly production decline to implement the effect of influence factors and sub factors yield statistics, clearly the effect of special oil reservoir in Tahe oilfield production decline of controllable and uncontrollable factors.(4) From the east the natural decline of oil production management successful experience in control, accurate grasp of production decline law basis, according to the system analysis of the impact of the natural decline factor, the preparation of Tahe oil production decline factors control management method.In this paper, through the study of the law of diminishing, decreasing influence factor analysis and control measures for the formulation of the Tahe oil field decline analysis method, more systematic, reducing control management system more perfect, to further improve the management level of oil and gas field development.
