Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is a kind of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) with lamellar structure similar to that of grapHite. Monolayer MoS2is a direct-bandgap semiconductor and can produce the high current switch ratio low energy consumption field effect transistor. It can be widely used in the development of new nanoscale electronics and optoelectronics functional devices. Therefore, in recently, researching of nanometer MoS2materials have received significant attention.In this paper, nano MoS2materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method, the petals shape MoS2were prepared using as-grown nano MoS2materials by hydrothermal intercalation method, and the microstructure and micromorpHology of the as-grown sample were characterized.(1)The nano MoS2were synthesized by hydrothermal method with secondary ammonium molybdate and thiourea as Mo and S sourse, respectively. Systematic investigation of the influence of the experiment conditions (reaction temperature, reaction time reaction solution pH, Mo and S atomic ratio etc.) on the preparation of the MoS2materials carried out. The samples prepared have been characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results show that the as-grown material is flower-like MoS2spheres, and the preparation process is optimized. The process optimized is as fellow:the secondary ammonium molybdate is0.3708g, the thiourea is0.6394g, the deionized water is40ml, the reaction temperature is230℃, the reaction time is30min, the reaction solution pH value is2.0.(2) The petals shape MoS2were prepared by hydrothermal intercalation method with as-grown nano MoS2and lithium hydroxide, under the assisted of ethylene glycol. Systematic investigation of the influence of the experiment conditions the reaction time and the amount of lithium hydroxide on the preparation of petals shape MoS2carried out. The samples prepared have been characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results show that the as-grown material is nano petals shape M0S2, and the preparation process is optimized. The process optimized is as fellow:the molybdenum disulfide is0.1000g,the lithium hydroxide is0.4500g,the glycol is20ml, the reaction time is36h. |
