The foam as a multiphase medium has been widely used in drilling and well completion, the rig.Based on the investigation and relevant literary of the data from the indoor experiment and theoretical analysis.The formula obtained by this article is a hightemperatureresistance, salt resistance and circulated fluid.Use this formula in the self-made sand-carrying experime-ntal device to conduct foam sand-carrying numerical simulation, this paper complete the foam annulus carrying sand experiment and foam fluid circulation experiment.Content as follows:(1)Through the experiment analysis of blends with screening thatsure the system surfactant consists of SB12and SDS that proportion is4:6,SB12of0.16%and SDS of0.24%.The foam ability and the stability ability are better than other surfactant.Choosing polymer of AP-P4as the main stabilizer,which temperature resistance, salt resistance and comprehensive stability are better than the other polymer.The formula of foam:0.16%SB12+0.24%SDS+0.3%AP-P4+0.1%CMC.(2)Performance evaluation of foam experiment:Watched the effect formula of the micro-structure the size of AP-P4foam distributed uniform,spaced closely;The system of salt resist-ance is better that the foam volume decreases with increasing of NaCl concentration,which is more stable,NaCl concentration was3%;The liquid foam of hydration expansion ability is be-tter than the clear wate,which can restrain the clay hydration effect, prevent the wall collapsed; The temperature of95℃properties of AP-P4has the advantages of temperature resistance,th-at sparkling is better about ability and stability;Add coal/crude oil concentration great,the foa-m volume fallen slightly,less influenced by it.(3)We can complete bubble cycle experiment.homemading a simulation foam ring with empty sand device,using it and the system formula;The liquid after recycling by six times wit-th initial base liquid ratio,foam volume change is not big.half-life depressed.By adjusting the cycle of bubble pH value,to acid and alkali balance,and realizing the many times with foam fl-uid sand recycling.(4)The device can change the glass tube angle,combined with the recommended foam system,research the relationship of different diameter with sand sand ratio and well the diago-nal:¦hen the Angle is same,the diameter of sand more smaller, the time of stay in the ring in is more shorter.(2)The height of sand is declined as time increase, which declines greatly with20s ago and stable20s after.(3)Diameter less than40mesh, sand ratio has non influence from Wells bevel;More than20mesh,decreases with the dip Angle increasing;Angle for45°minimum sand ratio,90°to recover the maximum.(5)Using the Engineering Fluent software,to make numerical simulation analysis according to different well that the velocity distribution, migration track, the relationship with sand ratio and particle size.retention time under the sand in the ring:①The horizontal well, the sand can be out of the ring empty.sand ratiohas little influence about speed and sand diameter,②which has influce with sand well and the speed of the relevantThe foam sand ratio.﹕and smaller diameter by velocity effect is small,be well influence oblique Angle.For large diamet-er sand,the greater the velocity of the shorter retention time.Through the above content, has confirmed this paper use of foam system features for high temperature resisting, salt resistance, resistance to filter lost. With the application of the foam system completed the ring with sand and the influence with empty sand effect factors of research, to promote with sand technology provides the theory added.
