Slowly inclined thin orebody room and pillar mining method or comprehensive method under the condition of pillar and the roof stability analysis is an important part of the stope stability study,To say the pillar and roof stability is the precondition of stope stability,Study of pillar and roof stability is of great significance.It will help to design scientific and reasonable stope structure parameters, which will provide a scientific basis for secondary stoping of tiberium spike.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research achievements about the pillar and the roof stability analysis, on the basis of fully absorb the advanced research means and methods, with mining companies of China guizhou branch silver aluminum factory slope as the background in the slowly inclined thin orebody at column base and roof stability study(l)At full analysis on breakage types of some column and column stability influence factors on the basis of combining the reality of silver factory slope of bauxite,Conclusion put forward three kinds of12kinds of factors which influence the stability of some column, then using the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to each influence factors by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the point size of the effect on the stability of the column,Finally according to the size of the influence factors for the sorting, provide the basis for pillar design of science.(2)Mathews stability theory analysis of the stope roof length in different conditions, different chamber under the condition of the limit of the span.Found that when the roof is bauxite, the limit of the exposed roof area of under steady state hydraulic radius of5.91m, more than5.91m hydraulic radius of caving may;In the condition of caving hydraulic radius is8.12m, the possibility of more than8.12m caving;Roof exposed the hydraulic radius between5.91m and8.12m, the exposed surface of roof stability between stability and caving state, then analyses the Mathews stability graphical method of the definition of hydraulic radius, and calculate the length of the room in40m and50m and60m and70m limit span under the condition of chamber.(3)Silver factory is calculated by using the simply supported beam with material mechanics theory respectively slope along the strike and along the inclined stope ore bodies the limit span, and combining the Mathews stability theory analysis results for the fourth mining area of roof stability is analyzed, the mining area of each mine safety stability of the roof plate classification.(4)Point pillar were put forward for different occurrence conditions of artificial pillar replacement method and column method point pillar stoping method, and with the help of numerical simulation software FLAC3D, points involved in the process of pillar mining pillar stress and displacement, displacement and plastic zone of roof and surface subsidence was studied, and provides scientific basis for pillaring design.
