Laser cladding is a high efficient remanufacturing technology application of precedent, has a strong adaptability, small heat affected, high bonding strength, excuse laser cladding can effectively solve the problems that exist in the mold repair, strong practicability, is a kind of green remanufacturing technology.In this paper. laser cladding equipment has been used in the steel surface with three different components of nickel base powder preparation of nickel base alloy cladding layer. Mainly through the internal material of cladding layer analysis, mechanical performance testing from micro and macro aspects comprehensive, evaluation of different ratio of powder to the influence of cladding layer. From the perspective of process parameters and through different parameter settings, analysis the influence of different process parameters on the cladding layer, and the orthogonal experiment, to determine the optimal parameter settings. The specific research work are as follows:⑴According to the requirements of the existing experimental conditions and the actual processing and design a set of reasonable experiment scheme.⑵Joined different quality of rare earth Nd element in Cr12 MoV steel surface using nickel base powder single-channel cladding experiments.XRD testing the samples. X-ray diffraction was used to determine the material, scanning electron microscope was used to view the structure, layer microhardness test, friction and wear performance test, after these experiments were analyzed. Performance of rare earth elements in nickel base alloy cladding layer has a role in ascension, microhardness and abrasion resistance performance is good, add excessive amount of cladding layer morphology and performance have a negative impact, at the same time can increase the crack sensitivity⑶Based on experimental study ⑵, the need for nickel base alloy powder on the number of crack for targeted research. According to the results of orthogonal experiments, hardness of cladding layer influence factors from high to low respectively power, feed rate and travers speed. The optimum parametric combination is power 4kW,feed rate 4g/mm, travers speed 6.5mm/s.In this paper, the research provides reference for laser cladding Cr12 MoV steel repair, as the ratio of nickel base powder and main process parameters provide important basis for setting, the application of laser cladding in Cr12 MoV mold repair, has important significance to realize green machining. |
