This paper intruduce the development of a precise setting with standard material traceability, the automatic acquisition system via standards-based multi-port valve material and human-machine interface control system automatically switches the standard solution injection, using an embedded processor STM32F103RET6 as the core of the current acquisition module for analog-digital conversion, test data transfered by DTU(Data Transfer unit) based on third generation mobile communication technology(3G) to the data terminal, enabling remote metering. finally verify the accuracy and reliability of remote metrological Verification System by measurement comprison.The main innovations are: The application of Automatic control technology and 3G technology in remote metrology of water pollution sources on-line monitoring instrument. reference material input inspection instrument to measure by automatic control technology, the measured data of the tester transfer to the data terminal through data transmission system based on 3G wireless network real time, finally realize the water pollution sources on-line monitoring instrument remote metrology.
