A large quantity of waste heat and a mass of peculiar smell molecules are contained in the technological air exhaust of cigarettes factory. During heat recovery to the technological air exhaust of cigarettes factory through heat recovery system of heat & mass cycle, the peculiar smell molecules will also dissolve in heat & mass cycle liquid and reach the new air end along with the heat & mass cycle liquid, thus influencing the new air quality.All current heat recovery systems add the plate heat exchanger in the heat recovery system of heat & mass cycle to prevent the peculiar smell spreading from the exhaust air end to the new air end. The existence of plate heat exchanger ensure the heat & mass cycle liquid of recovery tower and release tower do not contact any more, so that the peculiar smell will not influence the new air, but in this case, the ability of the system for potential heat recovery is lost, and the efficiency of heat recovery system of heat & mass cycle is greatly reduced. The target of this research is to ensure the high total heat recovery efficiency at the same time of solving the peculiar smell in air exhaust.The research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:A optimization design on heat&mass cycle energy recovery system which can improve the thermal recovery efficiency and solve the fresh air pollution problem which is caused by the odor in the exhaust air is put forward to research the impact produced by cigarette factory. Based on the psychrometric chart and the figure of the variation of solution concentration, the system process is introduced in detail. According to the experimental data, the thermal recovery efficiency has be calculated in the optimization design system and show that the new system has a high thermal recovery efficiency.In this paper, a detailed analysis which influence on the heat&mass cycle energy recovery system with odor problems is introduced. Based on the research of the formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and xylene in this system, the dissolving properties can be found. According to the experimental data, the change curve of the solubility of the formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and xylene with the change time can be draw and the theoretical analysis of the reason to form the change curve is discussed, which show that the dissolve between different odor is interacted with each other in this system.
