This study was based on sesame which was a precious oil plant since ancient time in order to develop high quality cosmetic sesame oil and to promote the processing of sesame oil so as to improve its value and economic benefits.Oil samples conform to the requirements of were achieved by comparing the physical-chemicals and antioxidant capability of sesame oil obtained using six kind of methods.Anti-aging experiment was employed to screen three kinds of oil samples that were with greater antioxidant ability.Then we design the technology experiment according to the optimized compound of sesame massage oil to produce sesame oil that wase feasible to develop into cosmetic oil.There was obvious difference in color among oil samples gained by different kinds of technology.Decoloring process improved the exterior quality to some extent especially of HP and CP was 59.71%, 85.71% respectively. In terms of quality,decoloring enables appearance and basic physical-chemical quality of six of sesame oil samples studied satisfied the related rules except for the HP.The scavenging free radicals and antioxidant capability of decolored oil samples of CP-d,E-CP-d,HP-d,E-HP-d were better than that of CP, which proved decoloring had great potential to be used in developing cosmetic sesame oil.The essential oil variety, its ratio and the kind of sesame oil were studied using all combination test and oxidation induction time, free radical scavenging ability as well as oxidation stability were set as index to optimize three kinds of combination from 27 combinations. Finally, the best combination was chosen using fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method. Results showed that the variety of sesame oil had significant impact on oxidation induction time, free radical scavenging ability while the ratio of essential oil had significant effect and the kind of essential oil had no significant effect. The optimum combination with great anti-oxidation ability, free radical scavenging ability and acceptability was obtained: 1% of lemon essential oil, E-CP-d.
