Deodorizer distillate, which is commonly known as the DD oil, is the main by-product of oil deodorization process. Natural vitamin E is the most economic valuable composition of deodorization distillate. While the deodorization distillate contains a lot of free fatty acids, so the free fatty acids was methyl esterified in the first process, and then natural vitamin E was concentrated by molecular distillation. Detials are as follows:1. The component of deodorization distillate were determine.2. Ti O2-Si O2 were prepared by sol-gel, Sulfuric acid was taken as an active ingredient in preparation of SO42- / Ti O2- Si O2 solid acid catalyst. The effects of carrier roasting temperature, concentration of sulfuric acid dipping, dipping time on the influence of catalyst activity were studied, and the optimal condition of preparation of catalyst was established:carrier calcination temperature 550℃, sulfuric acid concentration 2.5 mol/L, dipping time 12 h. The catalyst is characterized by FT- IR, results showed that the active component of SO42-, is the load on the Ti O2- Si O2 carrier. The results of TG-DTG analysis showed that the catalyst has high thermal stability after the load.3. Use the preparation of SO42-/Ti O2-Si O2 to catalyze the methyl esterification of soybean oil deodorization distillate,the esterification rate was 96.0% under the condition of best available single factor, at this point, the recovery rate of vitamin E reached 98.5%. Under the condition of optimized orthogonal test reaction esterification rate reached 97.8%, at this point, the recovery rate of vitamin E reached 97.5%. In addition, the result of the orthogonal experiment is test by supplementary, repeated use of the catalyst was investigated, too.4. Use the preparation of PDVB-SO3 H to catalyze the methyl esterification of soybean oil deodorization distillate, The optimum conditions of the esterification reaction were determined with the yield of 98.2% by orthogonal experiment. In addition, the result of the orthogonal experiment is test by supplementary,repeated use of the catalyst was investigated, too.5. The recovery of VE were studied in the PDVB-SO3 H catalysis of the methyl esterification of soybean oil deodorization distillate, and the VE isomer changes were measured. 6. The esterified soybean oil deodorizer distillate was refrigerated to form crystal, and then sterols were separated as heavy phase by separator, then you can get vitamin E through two times of molecular distillation process. The experiment was carried out by two times molecular distillation. The distillation temperature in the first time110℃;the temperature of the second molecular distillation 160℃, the feed flow rate 1.2 m L /min, the agitating speed 120 r/min. The content of tocopherol were increased from 5.57% to 44.1%.
