In this paper, experimental studies were parallel through orthogonal test and re-dispersible polymer powders, polypropylene fiber and waste tire rubber powder mechanical properties of the three materials waterproof mortar cracking,impermeabilityand shrinkage effects of the law on.Orthogonal test results showed that rubber powder, redispersible powder and polypropylene fibers are on the consistency and mechanical properties of waterproof cement mortar cracking influential, prioritize the order in which the impact of rubber powder redispersible powder polypropylene fiber test results by mortar consistency and 28 d strength of the three materials can determine the optimum water content in cement mortar is: redispersible powder dosage of 2% by mass of cement,polypropylene fiber the content is 0.2% by mass of cement, rubber powder content of10% by mass of cement.Parallel test results show that single-doped redispersible powder can greatly improve the mortar bond tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength but lower while filling mortar, mortar while increasing toughness; single doped polypropylene fibers also leads mortar compressive strength decreases, increasing the flexural strength to increase toughness, crack resistance is improved. Single-doped rubber powder can cause mortar bond strength, compressive strength and flexural strength decreased, undone mixed latex powder, fibers and rubber powder later, when the rubber powder content less than 15.0%, its bond strength than Su mortar higher.Single-doped redispersible powder, polypropylene fibers and rubber particles are less than 15% increase mortar impermeability, reducing mortar shrinkage. When the optimal dosage determined by orthogonal experiment Admixed redispersible powder,rubber powder and polypropylene fiber in the mortar, waterpro of mortar cracking impermeability best, minimal shrinkage, the strongest resistance to cracking.
