Nowadays, there are about more than 2,000 kinds of pesticides around the world, more than 70% of these pesticides are chemical pesticides, and about 600 kinds of pesticides are on the market. Although chemical pesticide has many shortcomings, it also has many advantages such as:good preventing effect, quick, easy to use, economical, etc. It must be the principal part of pestisides in the next few decades.From 1970s, the development of pesticides has entered into the era of organic synthesis. As environmental issues become more and more serious, using new synthesis methods to improve the traditional routes of pesticides to achieve sustainable development become a hot research. Developing green, environmentally friendly technology of pesticides synthesis has been paid more attention by Pesticide synthetic chemists.Structures of acetanilides and the 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one ring system always be found in many natural products, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and biologically active compounds, so with great potential for development. Especially pyrroline ketones, this kind of structure often appear in the skeleton of natural product, which has great value for development. Therefore, the research of new environmental synthesis methods of these compounds, deserve more attention of organic synthesis workers.The main contents of this paper is introducing the new environmental synthesis methods of two important pesticides’ intermediate structure-acetanilides and pyrroline Ketones.There are two parts of this work:First, using anilines and acetyl acetone as raw material, hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, synthesis acetanilide in mild conditions; Second, using aliphatic primary amines and 1,3-diketones as raw material, hydrogen peroxide as a reaction accelerator, synthesis pyrroline ketones through the tandem reaction. The main achievements are described in the following four aspects:1、To explore the method of using acetyl acetone and aniline as raw material in the role of hydrogen peroxide, synthesis acetanilides and aliphatic primary amines with 1,3-Diketones promoted by hydrogen peroxide synthesis pyrroline ketones through the tandem reaction. The resulting compounds have all been verified by high resolution mass spectrometry,1H and 13C NMR;2、The reaction conditions have been optimized and the yields were improved under the optimal reaction condition;3、The scope of the substrates was extended to explore the broad spectrum of the reactions;4、To explore the courses of these two types of reactions were studied and put forward possible mechanisms of these two types of reactions, and then test and verify the assumeIn conclusion, we have developed a novel, simple and efficient method of synthesizing acetanilides, and an efficient, convenient and green synthesis method of pyrroline ketones. And we have synthesized 35 compounds of acetanilide, and 26 pyrroline ketones, which has more than 20 pyrroline ketones compounds have not been reported, in these two kinds of methods. Compared to the traditional methods, our methods have distinctive features, such as environmental, simple and efficient. So this work should be confirmed and with great significance.
