Heat treatment is a process for improving properties of metal materials and products. It is mainly through the metal materials and products for heating, holding and cooling to improvement the internal microstructure and chemical composition of the surface of metal materials and products, in order to enhance the performance of metal materials and products. In heat-treated, the temperature is an important parameter directly affects the metal heat treatment, in addition, heat treatment furnace is the large thermal equipment during heating process, therefore the study of heat treatment furnace temperature control is particularly necessary.This master thesis aim to study the heat treatment furnace temperature control requirement analysis, utilizing modern sensor technology, PLC control technology, automatic control theory, combined with PID control and fuzzy control design heat treatment furnace temperature control system based on fuzzy PID controller. in the analysis of temperature of the heat treatment furnace craft curve analysis and fuzzy PID control theory to achieve heat treatment furnace temperature control, burner temperature limit alarm and fault alarm. Furthermore it employs kingview6.55 software to realize the PC monitoring system.Temperature control system includes hardware and software design respectively. In hardware section applying Omron CJ2M-CPU11 type PLC as the control core part, employing WRK-323 type K thermocouple temperature sensor as detect component, using amplification circuit and V / I convert circuit to realize 4-20 m A signal transmission, using ST-50 as electric actuator to implement the wind valve pulse control. In software section applying the ladder system as software design, the program comprises initialization, ignition control, temperature acquisition, temperature control, alarm and other function subroutine.The system has debugged in one heat treatment plant, the results illustrate that the system own the advantage of wiring simple, running stable, easy to operate, reliable action, anti-interference ability.The running data show that the control effect is satisfied with the performance of heat treatment for the temperature process, suitable for pressure annealing treatment trolley gas-fired heat treatment furnace temperature control.
