| Dimethylacetamide as a low toxicity, high boiling point, high polar aprotic solvents and chemical intermediates in the synthesis of materials, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, chemical, petroleum processing and organic pigments and other fields have a wide range of applications.Whether grade solvents for chemical, pharmaceutical grade intermediates,or calorimetry grade standard material, DMAC are needed to achieve a high purity. Pure dimethylacetamide is no odor, but industrial grade or deterioration dimethylacetamide there ammonia odor. Usually large-scale industrial product obtained DMAC-products also contain some impurities, such as acetic acid, dimethylamine, water and the like, affecting the quality of products, but also produce toxic effects on the environment. In order to ensure product quality, both at home and abroad for refining high-purity DMAC method is studied and developed a variety of high-purity refined methods and processes DMAC, each with advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, further study dimethylacetamide refining technology, process optimization, to ensure product quality is of great significance.This paper studies the reaction of acetic acid as raw distillation process, to understand the reaction mechanism, analysis of product composition and provenance major magazines. Later described in a pilot plant of the main process, and summed up the process optimization of its existence before the main problem.In this paper as a raw material for the reaction with acetic acid distillation DMAC pilot production unit, based on the optimization of the reaction system to explore through the vacuum system transformation and increase the gas adsorption apparatus referred to in order to improve the effect of DMAC refining purification, reducing equipment investment and energy consumption, as DMAC industrial applications provide important assistance. |
