Because of the good development prospect. After more than 20 years of technical research, chemical research center of Petrochina developed three ethylene polymerization into 1-hexene industrial technology with independent intellectual property rights. In order to speed up the process of technological achievements into chemical production as soon as possible, In order to promote petrochemical polyethylene production brand of development, Petrochina has established 1-hexene production technology as major projects and put them into practice as co. LTD. 1-hexene industrial test unit founded in 2008 in chemical plant two of Daqing petrochemical company as the first unit of Petrochina.This paper mainly introduces the domestic and international 1-hexene production technology and process status, It introduces a series problems such as 1-hexene process principle, process flow, equipment optimization transformation, influence of long period run of the unit in chemical plant two of Daqing petrochemical company. 5000 tons/year 1-hexene unit has part of the problem for a long period run, through 1-hexene unit operation and on-the-spot investigation to introduce new equipment, in this paper, there are three bottleneck topics are studied about the influence of 1-hexene unit runs for a long period of time, Mainly includes: subject one, Polymerization reactor has insufficient capacity Withdrawal of heat in 1-hexene unit of chemical plant two; Subject two, raw materials ethylene compressor of 1-hexene unit cannot run for a long period of time; Subject three, in order to study on eliminate the impact of polymer on unit runs for a long period. After a large number of experiments and plant operation data acquisition, finally determined the technical retrofit scheme, at the same time, the technology reform content in 1-hexene unit starts running successful validation, through the process optimization of the 1-hexene unit solve the problem of run for a long period of time, 1-hexene process optimizing made an important contribution, 1-hexene follow-up process provides important technical support for the package development.
