At present_ the water-blended crude transportation process of multi-return after blending water from one station is used at an oil gathering and transporting system of Qi jiabei oil transfer station, this process is an improved one on the basis of the traditional circular process of blending water, in which, the oil in the ring runs directly back to the transfer station rather than passing the measuring house, besides, the process make controlling the amount and temperature of the blending water in the transfer station come ture. However, during the operation of the system. the problem of high energy consumption and large operation costs was increasingly prominent, In order to make all the parameters of the oil-gas gathering and transportation system correct and turned in time. ensure the system to run steadily and cut down its energy consumption, this article studied the was precipitation,on this basis. the effect of the surrounding temperature, the depth of the pipeline’s location, the oil temperature, water cut, liquid output of oil well. blending water liquid output of oil well pipeline length to the blending water was also studied. A model of related energy consumption was established with the minimal energy consumption costs as the objective function. with the pressure of well head.the pressure and the temperature when the oil flows into the station as restrain conditions. By using POWELL method combined with mixture SUMT method to solve the mathematical model. the best water-blended temperature could be obtained, so was the best water-blended amount.The optimization software was developed using the Visual Basic, which could optimize the parameters, calculate the temperature, pressure and the running cost By the field test, the error of the software was inspected and the software was proofread, and the software was in allowable error after the correction.Compared with the situation before optimization, the operation cost is reduced by 502 yuan a day in the summer and 911 yuan a day in the winter, so average 706 yuan a day is reduced. And 258 00O yuan a year is saved, about 8 percent of the total.
