As an important part of the oilfield production, the fracturing is also an important measure to increase production, increase injection. The fracturing waste fluid discharge after the fracturing operation after will pollute the formation and water near the oilfield. The fracturing wastewater is mainly consisted of crude oil, residual fracturing fluid, fracturing liquid, organic reducing substances and other pollutions. It also has a complex structure,higher COD and other characteristics. Therefore, in-depth study of the fracturing waste fluid,and the design of newly, effective treatment scheme, which can greatly reduce the pollution of the environment. Our vast oil distribution throughout the country. SEPA must be provided for all industrial effluent discharge standards must be used for oilfield fracturing characteristics of wastewater treatment processes and equipment to ensure that emissions standards has become an urgent priority.In this paper, preliminary literature review to understand the source,composition,classification,status and prospects of oil fracturing waste fluid, and summarized to determine the main pollutants in the waste oil, suspended solids and organic reducing substances. COD is determined to reduce the control of the main line,comebined with the current to be applied to the site of oxidation-flocculation integrated two-step process,a two-step integration of Pharmacy and methods used in the method optimized by designing different parallel experiments to determine its COD removal to examine the impact of the rate and select the oxidant, catalyst,flocculant and its complex combination, and select the appropriate reaction order, reaction temperature, pH and reaction time,comebine with the presentation of the two-step integrated with efficient oxidant treatment of fracturing waste re-oxidation depth treatment.Through experiments enable the operating parameter optimization approach to the ideal state, the maximum increase COD removal.Oxidation-flocculation-reoxidation processes is an integrated method, including primary oxidation, secondary oxidation conditioning, flocculation filtration, re-oxidation. Adjusting any process aboved can optimize the experiment to achieve the greatest degree. COD removal rate is 25.79%,11.70%,24.93%, 28.78%, respectively. And the total removal rate is 85.1%.COD drops from 1329mg/L to 198.1mg/L.
