The rate of penetration oil reservoir with low permeability is very rich in resources, so the development of low permeability reservoir and penetration rate of utilization is an important part of the relationship between China’s energy security. After the history and technology development of future proof, can be induced by repeated fracturing means to achieve production, which can make the total oil production in China has been greatly improved, and it can create enormous economic benefits. Repeated fracturing technology with its advantages of quick effect, as is known, has become the main technical measures of increasing production wells and water injection wells. In this paper, through the analysis of oil resources in China, points out the necessity of the implementation of the refracturing technology in china.According to the basic principle that overburden pressure causes the in-situ stress,in-situ model was set up and the in-situ can be figured out.According to the basic principle of rock mechanics and elastic mechanics, the model of induced stress caused by the initial cracks and the model of induced stress caused by the artificial cracks in adjacent wells so that we can find the changes of the maximum and minimum level of principle stress along and perpendicular to the cracks.Based on the models above and the model of induced stress of the pore pressure caused by the producing and pouring in operations compounded with the model of induced stress of the temperature field, the ground stress field distribution model before refracturing. This provide the analysis of the reorientation after the refracturing mechanism with supporting theory. The computer programs give the method to figured out the induced stress caused by the artificial cracks. The curve describing the changes of the maximum and minimum level of principle stress along and perpendicular to the cracks was drawn so that we can find out the affects artificial cracks in adjacent wells can make on the distribution field of the induced stress caused by the refracturing.
