| Daqing Sabei transition zone has been developed from seventy’s of last century,this zone development has gone into high water cut period, the block is serious heterogeneity, So it only relies on the extract, water plugging and profile control,microbial enhanced oil recovery, infilling and polymer flooding technology is difficult to fundamentally improve the development effect of the transitional zone, so the the block is proposed using the Composite Heat Carrier Huff and Puff technology to enhance oil recovery.Composite heat carrier technology is based on the technology of space rocket engine high pressure combustion jet mechanism,the injected fuel(diesel or natural gas)and oxidant(air) will be burn in combustion chamber,the high temperature and high pressure gas will be produced the mixture of water into the water vapor, it mainly composed of nitrogen, water vapor, carbon dioxide. Nitrogen has high expansion energy, can expand the sweep area, and can deep into the internal formation; carbon dioxide is mainly to reduce the viscosity of crude oil, reducing the interfacial tension of oil and gas; steam enthalpy value is very high, can reduce the viscosity of crude oil and improve oil energy. Composite Heat Carrier will be inject from oil well into oil zone, it can greatly improve the recovery of crude oil.This paper is based on the Daqing Sabei transition zone characteristics, block mining status and full investigation of domestic and international gas injection enhanced oil recovery technology development status, according to the actual requirements, in the simulated reservoir conditions, using the heterogeneous core model carried out the 5 cycles of composite heat carrier huff and puff in-house experiment, Use the every cycle’s recovery, water cut, gas oil ratio and other parameters as the evaluation index, and analyzes the injection time in formation parameters and the injection temperature, injection pressure, injection quantity, soak time in Injection production parameters has effect on Composite Heat Carrier Huff and Puff, and determine the optimal parameters and the best stimulation cycle.Before the Composite Heat Carrier Huff and Puff experiment of injection temperature,injection pressure and injection quantity,we carried out the high pressure physical property of crude oil experiment, and analysis the Composite Heat Carrier Huff and Puff oil displacement mechanism of the injection temperature, injection pressure and injection quantity. The experimental results show that: in Composite Heat Carrier Huff and Puff process, when the oil saturation is 77.28% is the best injection time,injection temperature of 280℃, the injection pressure is 20.9MPa, the injection quantity is 8.5cm3, soaking time is 150 S, the best stimulation cycle is 3~4 cycles. |
