Block Wa 38 locates on the north of south of the central uplift of Liaohe fault. The main target reservoir is Paleogene member 3 of Dongying Formation. It has accessed to the medium to late development period with low steam soak production, formation energy serious shortage and deteriorating team stimulation index. In order to enhance oil recovery ratio, it has been studied that the development conversion from steam soak to steam drive in member 3 of Dongying Formation which based on the successful experience from inland and abroad.In this paper, the integrated use of reservoir engineering method, dynamic analysis,contrast analysis and other methods, focus on the main contradictions existed in the development of block, turned to steam flooding with feasibility study. In hollow block 38 east three reservoir on the basis of fine geologic research, evaluate the stimulation effect, was carried out by steam flooding, outside enlarge test in horizontal well drilling, steam flooding to improve oil recovery, to improve the effect of heavy oil steam stimulation, steam injection fuel system structure adjustment, etc, in order to improve reservoir recovery efficiency,increase single well production, improve the development effect, reduce operating costs as a research focus, to strengthen the supervision and standardize the management as the means,try to solve the bottleneck technical problems of oilfield development.This paper focuses on the effect of steam flooding stimulation lead, related steam temperature borehole artificial sand, high lift, steam flooding operations, such as flooding supporting technology research, proposed the implementation of high dryness steam injection,steam injection parameter optimization, Well Hollow stopping injection control pressure,temperature plugging, extracts strengthen comprehensive control technology, to ensure that the effect of steam flooding, promote the implementation of research outside the expansion program.Through this research supporting technology for steam flooding showed Hollow Well can better solve the deep inverted nine wells net heat loss exists, mining injection ratio is low,formation pressure rise, steam flooding is difficult to extend other issues.
