Most of the oil field has entered the middle-late period with the continuous exploitation of oil fields in our country, even some low-permeability reservoir is exploited, make the number of low-productivity oil wells continues to increase. Bailing pumping technology is the new production technology in recent years, which is used in some low permeability, low production well drilling.Aim at the problem of low efficiency, easily overload, easily stuck, etc. In this paper, Daqing oilfield bailing machine oil extractor as the research object, through comparative analysis with the structural scheme of the active main types of oil extractor, put forward a new type of bailing machine structure scheme of the oil extractor. Then, the vulnerable part, rubber tube is experiment researched, to choose the optimal material.First, the current development situation of most domestic oilfield, and the research status and development trend of the pumping unit at home and abroad is introduced in this paper, analyzed the reasons of high energy consumption and poor efficiency, combined with the structure characteristics of the oil extractor in active service, a new type of bailing machine oil extractor is designed.Second, the key structure of the new bailing machine oil extractor is designed, including sealing structure, unloading valve the counterweight device, etc.Then, according to the structure arrangement of the oil extractor and the maximum working load, by using ANSYS finite element analysis software for connecting shaft stress analysis and strength analysis.Finally, the friction and wear experiment of silicone rubber are made on the friction and wear testing machine, selected the sealant material through comparing the experimental data; the tensile compression experiment of silicone rubber are made on the tensile compression testing machine,choose the better material as the main structure of sealant tube material through comparative its mechanical properties.The sealed performance of new bailing machine oil extractor is good, the coating technology to produce sealant tube, the service of the tube increases 1.5 times, design a spring safety value and level 3 bar structure, the problem of easy to overload and easily stuck is solved. The research results of this paper provide theoretical support for the development of the bailing machine pumping unit.
