Research On The High-temperature Polysulfonated Drilling Fluid

In recent years,the exploration continues to expand with the further development of Daqing Oilfield. The number of the horizontal wells and the special process wells and the drilling depth are increasing. We need to develop the high temperature resistant ability of the water based drilling fluid system for deep horizontal well. With the further,we can preserve the necessary technology.The polysulfonate drilling fluid system has the advantage of polymer drilling fluid system such as wellbore stability improvement and inhibition of formation of slurry, as the same time improve the quality of mud cake and rheology under high temperature and high pressure.So the polysulfonate drilling fluid system become a good choice to improve the deep drilling speed and stability. According to the characteristics of temperature and strata,the formula and properties of the polysulfonate drilling fluid system can be changed based on indoor experiments.The polysulfonate drilling fluid system has good resistance to high temperature, strong inhibition, wellbore stability ability, better quality of mud cake, the high temperature and high pressure filtration etc..This paper studies the requirements of the applicable to horizontal wells of Daqing Oilfield in high temperature polysulfonate drilling fluid system through the analysis of the application status of the domestic and foreign high temperature drilling fluid in Daqing oilfield and combined with high temperature drilling fluid demand prospects, according to the high temperature drilling fluid type selection principle and high temperature drilling fluid. Through the research and use of polysulfonate drilling fluid system, and developed the polysulfonate drilling fluid system in laboratory, various treatment agent through indoor experiment with high temperature polysulfonate drilling fluid was optimized.The compatibility test was carried out through a lot of experiments, high temperature resistant polysulfonated drilling fluid formulation were determined. Evaluation of the thermal stability, high temperature resistant polysulfonated drilling fluid for inhibition, lubricity, anti contamination was developed, high temperature resistant polysulfonated drilling fluid can meet at the temperature of 180 DEG C to the requirements.To be A good drilling fluid system,it can be produced and advertised in Daqing oilfield.
