In the oil industry, the research of two phase flow is an important research topic at domestic and overseas, most of the oil and gas wells inevitable emerge the flow of multi-phase mixtures gas and liquid or the oil-gas-water, therefore in the process of gas lifting,study of the vertical tube of gas-liquid two phase flow has extremely impo rtant practical significance.And one of the important purpose is to solve the problem o f underground gas and liquid separation, with the continuous development of oilfield,The influence of gas relative to the well became more and more obvious, the influenc e of the gas phase is also the important cause of lead the low oil-well pump efficien cy.Some of the complex fault block reservoirs, for example, the original gas-oil ratio as high as 150-2003 3m / m, part of the extremely serious wells can be up to 20003 3m / m.Only reduce the amount of gas entering the pump can effectively improve the efficiency of the pump.So, down-hole separator technology research is one of the wa ys to improve the pump efficiency.More cups of separator is based on oil and gas density contrast, through the extension of the gas-liquid mixture in the retention period of sedimentation in the cup, reduce the volume of gas into the pump to improve the degassing efficiency of separator.In Our laboratory,establish a experimental model to simulate the down-hole separator, through analyzing the theory of the separator hydraulic and test model research from two aspects, on the basis of experimental results, give more suggestions for the improvement of the more cups separator structure.More cups separator’s main structural parameters, such as: the area and height of the subsidence cup, the angle of edges and corners of the bottom of the cup,the into liquid hole diameter and number.This topic study adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and model test,refer to study habits in liquid separation technology and its application in the field of downhole gas liquid separation,Further study of the vertical tube of gas liquid two phase flow characteristics and movement characteristics of bubbles.In northeast petroleum university special laboratory design, built a set of experimental device simulation downhole gas-liquid separator.Using high speed camera is continuous subsidence under different flow inside the cup of bubble movement situation, analysis of bubble motion parameters, on this basis, put forward improvement project of multiple structure of the gas-liquid separator.Increase settling at the bottom of the cup corrugated structure Angle, the regulating sedimentation cup flow brought about the naissance of the air bubble group.
