Research On Rapid Detection Of Circulation Of Agricultural Products In Ruian City

Food safety has become a hot issue of common concern of the whole society and it is related to everyone’s health and safety. Agricultural products are raw materials of processing food,and it is an important part of food. The circulation of agricultural products directly facing the domestic consumers and catering service provider, its quality and safety is the last barrier to hold people’s tables safe. Rapid detection can be used as an effective mean of screening the quality and safety of agricultural products. This paper explained the current situation of rapid detection of agricultural products circulation in Ruian City first. It investigated the application and effectiveness of the rapid test results and analyzed the problem of system, team, equipment, items, results and other application of the inspection in the rapid detection process,and then studyed the reason for these problems. Taking rapid detection of agricultural products as an example, analyzing the statistical data of the Ruian in past nearly 10 years from different categories, different types of products and different test items separately.There were 34651 batches tested during the 10 years, the testing project mainly were pesticide residues, formaldehyde, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, sulfur dioxide, nitrite, hydrogen peroxide.Overall, the qualified rate of the six dection projects of the city’s agricultural products circulation gradually improved and keep stable, especially Formaldehyde. And the passing rate of sulfur dioxide rose from around 50 percent and stabilized at around 90%. The total qualified rate of agricultural products from 70 percent at 10 years ago, and gradually increased to about 90 percent now, after a few years, although it has come down and increased, but the overall situation is good. This showed that the work in the field of agricultural products circulation detection was strengthened gradually and reflected the regulatory oriented mechanism was gradually changing from census-based combined with the discovery of the problem orientation to finding the problem based combined with census.For the sake of further improving detection work and enhance the quality and safety of agricultural monitoring,we put forward three countermeasures:1. Establishing production source control and risk monitoring agricultural convergence mechanism;2. Improving the construction of agricultural product rapid detection system in the circulation field. 3.Improving circulation quickly detect the system construction of agricultural products.In order to monitor risk effectively,assess and warn early of the city’s mass circulation of agricultural products for effective risk monitoring, the establishment of agricultural supervision may be considered,and we can also connect risk monitoring system data with national food safety risk monitoring docking platform to provide decision support for food safety early warning analysis, and provide scientific and effective basis for strengthening governmental supervision of food safety.
