With the development of mechanized coal mining technology, mine safety production of mine exploration holes, drain holes, gas drainage holes and other construction equipment and technical requirements are rising, not only requires drilling with high drilling construction equipment efficiency, but also to be able to achieve accurate control of the drilling trajectory. On account of precision trajectory measurements is a prerequisite for accurate drilling trajectory control, so it is necessary to develop a high-precision drilling mining track measurement system.Drilling trajectory measurement system was originally used in oil field drilling. Up to this day the technology of MWD in the application of oil field drilling is relatively mature,but MWD in the coal mine-related technology is still in its infancy.At present there mainly exist some application problems in coal mines drilling,such as space is small, limited communication transmission, the drill string vibration, electromagnetic interference and the track measurement interference caused by changes in the temperature field.At the same time there mainly exist some technical problems such as the storage of little points, the bad real-time, unable whole attitude measurement,accuracy is not high, less human-machine interface functions and cumbersome procedures.For there are some problems with the current mine drilling trajectory measurement system beset whole industry. Fortunatly the development of micro inertial sensing technology, which satisfy the conditions of measuring system miniaturization, low cost, low power for drilling stance consumption, the whole attitude measurement precision and space requirements.Therefore we use MEMS-based inertial sensors accelerometer using anti outlier filtering, wavelet filter filter and gyroscope using anti outlier filtering, wavelet filtering and Kalman filtering and magnetometer measured multiple correction data then data fusion by complementary filter based on quaternion which can actualize the mine drilling trajectory measurement system with the attitude dynamic high-precision real-time measurement of borehole trajectory.The paper uses ADI company’s ADS 16445 six-axis inertial devices and Honey Well triaxial digital compass HMC5883L magnetoresistive sensor as the acquisition front-end data collection,the ARMv7 architecture-based STM32 digital solver platform and via RS485 bus transferred to wellhead equipment whith running the virtual instrument monitoring software which can show attitude angle,track,chart and control the hole bottom instrument.By studying this subject, basically actualize prototype of a mine drilling trajectory measurement system, which has a good user interface and a high accuracy.
