There are a large number of high quality coal resources under China’s major rivers, floodplain, Reservoir and lakes formation. Exploitation of these coal resources will conducive to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of coal resources in our country and will encourage the development of regional agriculture, industry and enterprise. In recent years, the exploitation of coal resources under the large water conservancy projects in China has led to some safety hidden troubles. It is a very important and urgent question that how to extract the coal resources under the premise that guarantees the safe operation of the water conservancy project. This paper takes Feicheng Baizhuang coal mine in the 3700 mining area under the Jianbei Reservoir mining coal resources as an example, analyses the influence of mineral extraction under the Earth-rock dam and researches the reinforcing measures of the Jianbei reservoir structures(dams, spillways, water holes).Jianbei Reservoir is located in the northeast of the 3700 mining area of Baizhuang coal mine in Feicheng. Cover surrounding rock deformation and failure of the coal mining produced in the 3700 mining area will directly affect the safety of the section of the dam, influence the safety of the reservoir flood control engineering operation, and threaten the lives and property of the downstream villagers. This paper analyzes the effect of coal mining under the Jianbei reservoir, which is closely related to engineering and gives reference to similar coal mine mining, is a very worthwhile project.Measuring knowledge, mining, geology and water and other subjects are used in this article. On the basis of analysis of regional geological and mining technical conditions and Jianbei reservoir conditions, I studied the geological changes of the structure of reservoir area before and after the coal resources mining under the dam and predicted the impact of coal mining on flood-prevention projects. At the same time,I scientifically analyzed the impact on Jianbei reservoir structures(dam, spillway, water release tunnel, etc.)and the influence of nature and scope of the mobile deformation. Besides, By studying the damage rule of mining overburden rock I demonstrated that the reservoir water will not affect the mine safety production, And during Coal Mining we propose to adjust the reservoir operation mode. Finally, According to the analysis and prediction, we give Gorges Reservoir after subsidence stable structures maintenance and reinforcement measures.At present, the scientific researchers in china have done a lot of research and study about coal mining under the riverbank and floodplain, and have made great achievements which lays the theoretical foundation for this topic. According to the results expected subsidence,This study estimates the potential impact of coal mining and proposes appropriate measures which secure Jianbei reservoir’s safe operation, Analyzing the oretical and practical value of the subject, the study provides a theoretical basis for the similar projects which have vast application prospects in the future.
