In recent years, with the development of science and technology, biological Si C ceramics has been more and more attention from the researchers. This is because biological Si C ceramics with high porosity, friction resistance, corrosion resistance and good chemical stability, etc. Preparation of biological Si C ceramic raw material source is very wide, can be used in the nature bamboo, wood, sorghum, millet and after artificial processing of paper, single fiber board materials, wide source of raw materials of the preparation of biological Si C ceramics with very low cost.This article from the low cost, the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection perspective view. Use in China has a rich content of ramie fiber as raw material,high temperature vacuum environment has prepared ramie fabric structure Si C ceramics.This paper studies the influence of the molding temperature and sintering aids molding samples prepared.Test the physical properties of the sample.Test the physical properties of the sample, and the use of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy EDS phase composition of the samples and the microstructure of in-depth research and analysis.Through the analysis in vacuum environment for preparation of ramie fabric structure of Si C ceramics, with rising temperature porosity increases, bulk density decreases, the bending strength decreases gradually.By main crystal samples obtained experimental phase for β-Si C, retained good morphology ramie fabric. With the gradual reduction of the impurity content of ramie fiber in Si C ceramics and the temperature rises, the filler between the fibers gradually reduced, at the same time can be seen from the morphology of Si C at1500 ℃ is more rounded morphology. After HF corrosion samples,only Si C ceramic is pure,impurities are removed basically. Preparation of ramie fiber in doping sintering aid after the fabric structure of Si C ceramic was not detected impurities, which adds Al2O3-Y2O3-Mg O sample density, bending strength and microstructure of the most good.Through the experiment of sample test analysis, in the preparation process under the same condition of 1500 ℃ impurity components of at least Si C grain morphology, formed the best. The property of the sample added sintering aids at the same temperature is better, and better than the effect of multiple sintering aids two yuan of sintering aids.
