After HF corrosion samples,only Si C ceramic is pure,impurities are removed basically. Preparation of ramie fiber in doping sintering aid after the fabric structure of Si C ceramic was not detected impurities, which adds Al2O3-Y2O3-Mg O sample density, bending strength and microstructure of the most good.Through the experiment of sample test analysis, in the preparation process under the same condition of 1500 ℃ impurity components of at least Si C grain morphology, formed the best. The property of the sample added sintering aids at the same temperature is better, and better than the effect of multiple sintering aids two yuan of sintering aids.
