The processing technology of CR/BR blends and the relationship between system structure and performances was mainly studied in this paper. As for the existing research of CR/BR blends mainly focused on the ratio of CR/BR bledds on the performance and structure, the influence of the comprehensive processing technology of reinforcing agent, vulcanization system and improving of the compatibility which was less involved was what this thesis focused.The influence of types of neoprene and coordinate system on neoprene’s vulcanization and physical properties which determined the best neoprene matrix and the coordinate system and the promotion of agent was studing with the main performance of CR. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of CR PM40 was better than CR121 and CR232. The tensile strength could be up to 25 MPa, and the tear strength could be up to 64 N/mm, as well as the high process safety and the fast curing speed. As of the promoter, ETU has the high process safety and better promoting effect. And the highest strength of CR was obtained with 0.5 phr ETU additon.By improving process of CR and BR, researching the influence of the kinds of packing and loading sequence on the structure and performance.Besides, we did the experiments thin-passing times of CR. The results showed that the best technology of reinforcing agent white carbon black is:adding silicon to CR and BR to produce masterbatch, then compounding masterbatch. Tensile strength can be up to 19.3 MPa, tear strength can be up to 62.2 N/mm, and it produced payne effect, formed a stable filler network. The best technology of Reinforcing agent carbon black is as follows:firstly, adding carbon black to BR to produce masterbatch, secondly, blending it with CR. The tensile strength was 22.9 MPa, and tear strength was 61.8 N/mm. When CR was thin-passing 5 times, accelerators could disperse evenly in the rubber.Through to the CR, BR and CR/BR blends contrast research of promoting cross CR and BR promoter system, we made two components in the CR/BR blends vulcanization matching and synchronfcity achieve the optimal. The results showed that the accelerator D and DM restrain from CR vulcanizing, and promoted BR vulcanizing. Accelerator CZ system can synchronize the vulcanization of BR and CR, and the best dosage was 0.3 phr.Experiment choose the proper compatilizer of CR to improve compatibility with BR, and comparative analysis on the structure and properties.Results showed that the compatilizers can make the mooney viscosity reduced by 80%, tensile elongation increased by 170%, tear strength increased by 35%, tensile strength increased by 19%, recovery increased by 21%, heat aging resistance increased by 64% of CR/BR blends. The effect of compatilizer CⅡR and BⅡR is best, after aging intensity fell by 1.4 MPa and 1.5 MPa only. Compatilizer CⅡR made the two mutual diffusion and osmosis, and the compatibility of CR/BR blends was best.
