| In the rod production system,with the continuous development,the comprehensive water of the oil well and the water well has increased year by year,and the property of output liquid has changed a lot at the same time.This phenomenon not only increased the cycle time of pump inspection,but also affected the regular work of the oil well and the water well.It has bring enormous discomforts and a great economic loss.In order to have a rod production in the form of visual analysis presented to technical personnel,this paper has analyzed sucker rod pumping system research results at home and abroad,on the basis of the movement in the process of establishing dynamics model,implemented the 3D visualization of the off-center wear,rod string dynamic simulation,liquid simulation and so on.It has performed the accuracy of the equipment parameter in the form of 3Dvisualzation.So this paper mainly studied the following problem:1. According to the research background of the article,this paper has insight into the analysis of rod string eccentric wear mechanism in the movement process,summed up the current research status at home and abroad,cleared the purpose and the significance of development.2. This paper has proposed a method of making Building Blocks based on Virtools SDK,summed up the development principle,development framework,development function of Virtools SDK,described a development process,compilation process,compiled process in detail.3. According to the rod string in the stress analysis to establish the mechanical model in the process of stroke,this paper has obtained various acting force,calculated normal force,neutral point,solved the critical value according to the bending stress on the rod string eccentric wear.4. According to the bending stress on the rod string eccentric wear,this paper has designed and achieved the main functions of the “Research and Development on Three-dimensional simulation of the post pumping data Visualization Systemâ€,including 3D scene design,database design,3D model management and the achievement of simulation system and so on.5. This paper has proposed a oil liquid movement simulation based on GPU and particle system,used the results of the mechanical model to analyze the motion properties of liquid particles,regarded appropriate max incircle of quadrilateral as the basic shape of particle.finally,In order to improve the efficiency of the system,this paper implemented the collision detection of the system by the way of the acceleration of GPU. |
