Research On Oil Rig Energy Saving Based On GTI

Our country in oil drilling technology has made great progress, but we should face up to the is compared with some foreign oil industry in the developed countries and regions, current technology of our country still exist not a small gap, especially energy saving and environmental protection should be strengthened. The oil industry only technology system of oil drilling rig to look at the development of the oil industry as a strategic equipment, and actively introducing and developing more advanced environmental protection technology, can realize the petrochemical industry’s development, on the other hand for the country’s environmental protection cause to make due contributions. GTI dual fuel system can reduce emissions of harmful substances, and contribute to economic development and environmental protection of the country. The research mainly focuses in the GTI dual fuel system to replace the conventional diesel fuel equipment, put forward a very suitable for an oil field status of Diesel / dual fuel oil drilling dynamic model, through the analysis of the principle of this model, with the data collected by the field test to verify the analysis results and build a more energy-saving oil rig energy model, has good theoretical value and practical significance.This paper analyses the multiple petroleum rig energy-saving scheme respectively for electricity instead of oil and natural gas project and fuel mixing scheme, the advantage of each scheme are summarized, also the deficiencies are analyzed, based on combined with the actual situation of an oil field selected to see the right mix of fuel scheme.
