At present, EOR oil has entered the stage,Polymer flooding has been widely applied in the field,but,Polymer flooding was particularly high in water content of crude oil,Moisture can reach more than 90%,In the EOR process,In order to achieve the purpose of increasing production,Oilfield would raise various chemical reagents(polymer, surfactants, etc.),This will make the produced fluid to form a high degree of emulsified oil emulsion,Difficulties in making oil-water separation, The presence of oil-water emulsion directly affects the performance of oil. Therfore, how to find an effective and fast way to deal with oilfield produced fluids, become urgent problem to be solved.This paper regard produced fluids containing polymers as research subjects,Analysis of the oil produced fluid separation process, Study of free water separation process characteristics and parameters of the optimal conditions,By measuring the water content and oil content in the water after the oil water separator,Analyzed and compared to determine the optimum conditions,Simultaneous analysis of electricity dehydration produced fluid process,Determine the optimal process conditions,Determination of the concentration of different polymers produced fluid breakdown field strength variation, Performance of oil were analyzed and compared before and after dehydration,Discussed the mechanism of electric dehydration dehydration process,It will be provide a theoretical basis for the actual field operations and technology deals.The studys show that Free water removal during the optimum temperature is 40 ℃,Best demulsifier dosage is 20mg/L,Optimum treatment time for 40 min,Electric dehydration process, the optimum processing temperature is 50℃, the best demulsifier dosage 20mg/L,the optimal treatment time was 70 min, Electric dehydration can effectively improve the performance of the oil, High polymer content of the produced fluid is not conducive to oil-water separation,And prone to breakdown field strength, the electric dewatering process is under electric power and chemical reagents together, destroy water interfacial film strength,changing water interfacial tension, so that the separation of oil and water emulsion droplets condense out of the settlement process.
